In industrial manufacturing, Mastars adopts rapid prototyping, sheet metal forming, 3D printing, precision manufacturing, precision numerical control processing, high-precision mold, die casting, vacuum casting and other technical processes to achieve all-round rapid prototyping and produce high-precision products.
SABIC, a global diversified chemical company, has expanded its product line with four new grades of highly chemically resistant LNP™ CRX polycarbonate (PC) copolymer resins. The four new grades feature thin-wall flame retardant (FR), excellent low-temperature ductility and ultraviolet (UV) stability, and two of the grades also contain bio-based sustainable material components.
Developed for applications such as healthcare and consumer electronics, the four new grades are available in two product groups, each with a bio-based material to help reduce environmental impact and help companies reduce their carbon footprint. These high-performance materials help meet customers' needs for materials with stringent chemical resistance to disinfectants commonly used in the healthcare industry and to chemicals such as sunscreen and hand cream that are often in contact with consumer electronics. The new grades of LNP CRX materials are also expected to enhance product compliance capabilities and design flexibility.
